Lead Medical Support Assistant

The Home Based Primary Care (HBPC) Lead Medical Support Assistant (MSA) serves as the lead MSA for all Home Based Primary Care (HBPC) and Home Based Transitional Care (HBTC) AMSAs, in addition to his/her role as a HBPC AMSA for his/her assigned HBPC team. The HBPC Lead MSA is responsible for, but not limited to, training, ongoing reviews, updating team listings, extracting/analyzing data, and organizing and maintaining the complex day to day MSA operations of the HBPC programs.
