Airway Transportation Systems Specialist (SOC NOM)

Serves as a NAS Operations Manager (NOM) within the Albuquerque ARTCC Service Operations Center. The NOM is responsible to monitor the status of services and systems, perform or direct restoration of interrupted services/systems, operationally reconfigure services/systems to minimize interruptions and enhance service predictability within the SOC¿s area of responsibility. The NOM ensures the quality of NAS infrastructure services delivered to the critical air traffic operations facilities.
