You’ll help establish KPFF as a trusted engineering partner in the Madison market by working with your current connections and establishing new client relationships, mentoring future team members, and helping shape projects that strengthen the local community. At the same time, you’ll collaborate with talented engineers nationwide on technically challenging and high-profile projects.

This role combines the entrepreneurial energy of building something from the ground up with the stability, mentorship, and collaboration of an established, employee-owned firm. • Help expand KPFF’s presence in the Madison, WI market

• Grow on your existing and establish new client relationships and position KPFF as a trusted engineering partner in the region

• Contribute to both local community impact and nationally recognized engineering work

• Mentor and support the growth of future engineers and team members

• Collaborate with engineers across KPFF’s national network on technically challenging nationwide projects

• Help shape the future direction, culture, and growth of the Madison office
