Civil Engineer (7-12 Years)

Coffman Engineers is seeking a highly skilled, self-motivated Civil Engineer with seven (7) to twelve (12) years of experience providing comprehensive civil engineering services, from initial feasibility through design, permitting and construction support for our Bay Area office. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, have a desire to work and grow with a multidiscipline engineering team, and be willing to have fun.

We are looking for people who work effectively with all personality types, are interested in developing close relationships with our great clients, and who desires to grow professionally and stay involved in the activities and exciting trends in the industry. The position will involve a mix of technical design and consulting, construction support, and new project scoping and proposal writing. Compensation and Benefits

• Approximate Base Salary – $97k-140k based on experience

• Paid overtime at 1.0 times hourly rate

• Competitive end of year discretionary bonus based on company/team/personal performance
