• Lead demand planning and statistical forecasting across product families, integrating commercial inputs from Sales and Product Management to deliver an accurate consensus forecast.
• Improve forecast performance through ongoing management of forecast accuracy, bias, demand variability, and planning assumptions.
• Translate demand plans into long-range supply, capacity, and constraint models, identifying risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities across a 12–18 month horizon.
• Partner with Operations, Materials, Procurement, and global sites to align supply capability, intercompany planning, and short-term S&OE priorities.
• Prepare and lead Executive SIOP reviews, providing clear recommendations on demand outlook, supply gaps, revenue risk, inventory trajectory, and key business decisions.
• Align operational plans with financial commitments, Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets, and broader business objectives.
• Develop dashboards, planning tools, and KPI reporting that improve visibility, accountability, and decision-making across the SIOP process.
• Drive continuous improvement of planning processes, governance, and demand-sensing capabilities to strengthen agility and operational performance.
