Sr. Director Engineering

This is a hands-on, technical leadership role, not a people management position. You’ll operate as a subject matter expert in industrial power systems, shaping complex designs, guiding project teams, and partnering directly with customers on mission-critical solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end electrical system design for industrial and mission-critical projects

• Own system architecture across MV/LV distribution, substations, and backup power systems

• Act as the technical authority on complex, high-value projects

• Develop and review: • Single line diagrams

• Protection and coordination studies

• Schematics and equipment layouts

• Partner directly with customers to define robust, scalable power solutions

• Provide technical leadership across multiple concurrent projects (often 10–15+)

• Mentor engineers and elevate technical capability across the team

What Sets This Role Apart

• True technical leadership role, no people management required

• Work on large-scale, complex electrical infrastructure, not small commercial systems

• High visibility with customers and leadership

• Opportunity to shape engineering standards and system design approaches
