Medical Assistant

• Candidate will oversee patient check in and check out process. 

• Will ensure that all medical records/charts/paperwork is in order and accurate. 

• Interviews patient, measuring vital signs and records reason for the visit. 

• Explains procedures, performs treatments and administers prescribed medication. 

• Schedule appointments, collect co-payments and reconcile co-payments.

•  Responsible for assisting clinicians in the examination and treatment of patients under the direction of the physician.
