Prior Authorization Clerk

• Responsible for organizing, filing and scanning in any related PA documents into the RxAUTH system. 

• Support the PA Management team in any additional administrative activities as determined necessary by the management team. 

• Responsible for working as a team to meet all contractual PA obligations for specific clients in the Clinical Call Center. 

• Maintains the confidentiality of protected member medical information at all times. 

• Other assigned activities as determined by the prior authorization management team.
