• Verify accuracy of Prescriptions translated by pharmacy technicians

• Ensure accuracy and appropriateness of drug therapy through Drug Utilization Review

• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations pertaining to dispensing of controlled substances

• Provide drug information to patients and co-workers

• Communicate and interact with members and other health care providers regarding drug therapy

• Supervise technical support personelle
