Daily Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be overseeing a team of insurance billing and collections specialists, ensuring compliance and guidelines are followed for facilities and payors. This will be involved in hiring, training, evaluating, and developing fulltime staff. The Patient Accounts Manager oversees daily responsibilities involve analyzing cash and/or aging variances, and providing explanations and plans of action to address shortfalls. Shift: Monday-Friday / 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
