Beverage Custodian - Mardi Gras Bar - On Call

Responsible for overall the cleanliness of bar areas, sorting and returning 

glassware to bars, replacing empty beer kegs, and delivering/placing bar stock.

• Sort and return glassware to proper bar.

• Replace empty beer kegs with full ones. 

• Deliver and place bar stock in proper locations. 

• Clean and polish coolers and fixtures in bar area. 

• Empty garbage bins in bar area and transport to proper refuse bin. 

• Sweep and mop floors in bar area. 

• Clean floor mats.
