Home Health Aide - CNA - Part-time

The Home Health Aide...Works 10-25 hours/week, primarily weekday mornings, 8am-12pmVisits multiple patients, multiple times a week, for 30-45 minutes per visit, to assist with activities of daily living including bathing, skin care, hair care, nail care, dressing and grooming.Documents all activitiesTakes vital signs and documents results Notifies the Supervising RN if intervention is neededFollows all agency policies and procedures, including patient privacy and infection controlRepresents the agency with professionalism Specific activities and visit frequency is set by the patient's Home Health Aide Plan of Care. The Supervising RN conducts a joint visit with the Home Health Aide every 14 days.
